Cancellation Policy

We ask for 48 hours (2 working days) notice prior to changes or cancellation of appointments. This is to allow us time to contact those patients who may be in urgent need of treatment and ensures that we can offer an efficient service to all of our patients at all times. It will be necessary to charge a late cancellation fee should this policy be overlooked.
